1. Our composition program has two parts: advisory service on students’ composition and online teaching of notations and theories. We will also review student’s composition and advise them while they make their music. For instance, a greater contrast in dynamics, the use of slurs in constructing melodies, and chord progression as well.
2. There will be extensive use of music software like Musescore. It is free and comprehensive, and easy to use too.
3. Through zoom and video recordings, we will review students’ improvisation sessions and how well they perform. Critique and suggestion will be included.
4. Again, we will use social media or communication tools to communicate with students. Video call will be acceptable.
5. Our program offer you unlimited online access to our staff for monthly subscription. It is unlike the lessons out there which meets once a week and only lasts an hour per session. Our philosophy is that this is not enough to transfer the high arts of composition to our students. Much intensity is needed in order to do that. So we expect students to reach out to us more and build a solid relationship over time.
